Ultimate Halloween – Thrills on the Boardwalk
Tropicana Casino & Resort, 2831 Boardwalk, Atlantic City, NJ 08401
As darkness falls across the land, the midnight hour is close at hand…
Hosted by Cat Country’s Joe Kelly, this trick-or-treat extravaganza begins at 7:30 p.m. on the Boardwalk in front of Tropicana where a featured Halloween-themed light and sound show will set the mood.

The first one hundred dancers to register will receive a trick-or-treat bag. Whether there is a “trick” or a “treat” inside is left up to chance. Twenty-five “treats” are up for grabs including a $250 Tropicana gift card, a complimentary overnight stay, dinner at il Verdi, a VIP booth at Boogie Nights and much more! BloodShed Farms Fear Fest
2919 Route 206, Columbus, NJ 08022
Legend has it, that the Lived family had a very dark secret.
During the time the Liveds ran the old farm, 16 reported people went missing in a span of 3 years. Investigation never led to the farm. The Liveds themselves even had a daughter among those gone … unaccounted
It wasn’t until after the family picked up and moved on that people stopped disappearing. Soon after that, the shed was found.
Hidden well within the farm’s sprawling forest, the tiny red shed was revealed to be the gruesome location related to at least 14 of the missing people. No bodies were ever found. Well, none that were easily recognizable. DNA from blood, flesh, teeth, feces, and other human parts were used for verification. Those who managed to stomach even talking about the shed revealed little.
A wooden chair sat erect in the center of the shed, surrounded by shelves full of items used for various torture and killing methods. The chair itself, a device constructed to help aid in the sadism and madness.
The local authorities burned the shed to the ground. The locals started calling the place “BloodShed Farms”. None of the members of the Lived family were ever found.

Cornfield of Terror
723 W. Herschel St., Egg Harbor City, NJ 08215
Legend has it that many years ago a local farmer from this area went into his cornfield to bring in the harvest and was never seen again. The only remaining evidence that something horrific has happened was the pool of blood in the dirt and scattered pieces of flesh.
Every fall the blood curdling screams of the victim can be heard when the moon is awake during October. As you walk the dark cornfield’s path, you never know what fright is around the next corner. If doesn’t matter how fast you are, the demented creatures of the Cornfield of Terror will hunt you down. This is your worst nightmare come true. The sights and sounds of the Cornfield of Terror will leave you screaming for your life as well as running out of your shoes. You don’t have to be the fastest, just don’t be the slowest. Will you be the next victim?
R and J Farm also has a non-scary corn maze for those that do not have enough courage or simply want to test their navigational skills in the dark with nothing but a flashlight to help guide your way though the corn. Enjoy our free outdoor movie as you sit by the bonfire. During the day, you can take a leisurely hayride out to the pumpkin patch.
